Business opens new location in Bellaire

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio — ICR Equipment Rental, Sales & Supply, held a grand opening at the new location in Bellaire, Friday.

The ICR supply store has served the village of Bellaire for over 100 years and they are excited to open this new location on Commerce Parkway.

Dozens of people came out to the grand opening in the afternoon which featured food, a ribbon cutting, and giveaways from seven different vendors.
